My square is stating that i do not have service but my phone has internet . I am losing money

My square is stating that I do not have service. However I have internet services and I am losing money due to square not working

Hey @Rburrell, this message comes up if your device doesn't have a strong enough internet connection to connect to our servers. 

 

For this I would recommend trying a different Wi-Fi or turning off the internet on your phone and then re-enabling it. With out a secure internet connection you will have to process payments using Offline Mode
