Transaction is in Square dashboard, but order not showing up in Online store

Hello!

 

I've set up an Online store linked to the square account.  In October, one customer successfully placed an order online.  When it happened, the transaction showed up in the main dashboard, and the order was transferred over to the linked Shipstation account.

 

I had a customer order today, but it didn't work that way.  The transaction shows up in Square, but the online store page doesn't show any orders.  (And it won't transfer to ShipStation, natch.)

 

Is this a bug, or did I set something up wrong?
