No Print Option for Receipts

I used to be able to print receipts, now I do not have that option and it says muy printer is not configured. It has a check that it is connected and I can test print from my phone. I just do not have the option to print a receipt.

Please help, I need it for this weekend we have a big event

Hello @Ehipp2215 !

I'm wondering if a setting got switched off after another update. I just had my systems update and it logged me out--wouldn't be surprised if a setting changed for you. Not good, I know, but should be solvable.

On your phone: More -> Settings -> Hardware

Tap on your printer listed here (or tap Printers then your printer)

Under the section Use this Printer For: tap on the receipts section and verify it's turned on.

Hopefully this solves everything. If not, please respond back with any error messages or screenshots so we can continue to troubleshoot!
