Random items getting marked as out of stock

I recently entered all of my products and noticed that one said "out of stock." To fix it I made it "unavailable" saved it, went back in and marked it "available" which seemed to work.

 

However, in doing the above another item randomly flipped to "out of stock" and the same process I used above has not worked.

 

Why is Square randomly marking items out of stock?

I have a few questions to get some more information on your set up to better understand the issue you're seeing with "out of stock".

Do you have your Square Sync turned on with your Point of Sale for these items? 

 

Also, how do you add items? Are they in your Square Online or Point of Sale?
