Hi!
We are experiencing an issue where we can't get to the transactions list from the retail app. When we click on the transactions link, the entire app closes.
We've completely deleted the app and reinstalled, we've removed it from our stand, restarted the app, and ensured the ipad and the app itself are all up-to-date.
We called and they advised to delete and reinstall, which didn't fix the issue. Any suggestions? Anyone else experiencing this issue?

Sorry to hear about the trouble. Usually uninstalling and reinstalling helps with these types of issues. What other troubleshooting have you done thus far?
