Square App Ver 5.3 keeps crashing when looking up customers
Every time it searches for customers the app crashes. This has become quite the nuisance and not very professional for business. Is there something that can be done? The IOS is up to date in software and so is the app itself.
Hey @MuddyPaws - Have you already given all of these troubleshooting steps a try? If you did and they haven't worked out for you, I recommend reaching out to our CS team and they can make sure that everything is good to go for your account on our end.
@MuddyPaws, if it is something that you can reproduce with an exact set of steps I would recommend you call into customer service. I am not able to get the app to crash when searching so there could be something specific to your database or your search query.
