In your Dashboard go to Sales / Reports /Transaction Status Set your date range that includes when the transaction was made. If the transaction was declined or canceled it will show up here. Canceled sales are those canceled before signature. These sales will not show up in your sales report because they were not complete. Canceled sales may post as pending on there account but will go away after a couple of days.
