Trouble With Booking System

Im having trouble with the system making my clients pay the service they chose with a “starting price “ up front. I thought it would only make them pay the “Fixed price” items up front when they book.  Its now making them pay for services i have set at “Starting Price” up front. Anyone having that issue ?

Hey! Great question and welcome to the Seller Community! 🙂 

 

This is a recent change made to the Appointments app where if you require prepayment that clients will also be forced to pay the "Starting at" price as well. We have two options to fix this for you:

 

1:  Turn off prepayment

2:  Change your "Starting At" services to Variably Priced services
