I send appointment confirmations, reminders, and receipts to my clients. Some I send via text and others email. For some I am only able to send a text message even though I have the correct email address entered in their profile. How can I fix this issue?

Oh no @drprado. That shouldn't be happening. Have you tried reinstalling the app yet as a troubleshooting step?
