Uploading Items list error message

I am trying to upload the item Import Items file and keep receiving the following error message "The file type must be CSV". The template opens in Excel and when I am saving it I am selecting to save as a CSV (Comma delemited) file so I'm not sure what I'm missing? Why won't this file upload?

Make sure you have all the correct columns. If there are new items make sure the token column is empty. Some fields require a "Y" or "N" and if there is anything else in there it will regect it.

There were 4 items that I created through the web that were included in the download. For the items I added, I only added information where they had information. As a test, I downloaded the template, which did include the items I had created not my choice they were already there, didn't touch the file and tried to upload that file and still received the same error message. I would think you should be able to upload the template that is downloaded if I didn't even touch it?

What is the error message? What browser are you using?
