I set up a Square One account on Thursday. Yesterday I bought a Square Reader at Walmart.
Today I added my bank account information.
I tried to enter the redemption code today & got a message that I did not have permission to use the redemption code.
Why would that be?

Write in to them with a few details of what's happening, and also be sure to include the following:
- Each redemption code you'd like to redeem
- An image of the original receipt or redemption card for each code
They'll be able to get you squared away once they receive that information.

Hello am running into the same problem with my redemption code and in attempting to call am needing a customer code which is supposedly supplied somewhere on the website and am unable to access that information. Thanks for your help
