Why does instant deposit work on my desktop but not on my IPad or IPhone? I have been using Square since 2013. My bank account is linked, my debit card is linked and I was

able to do Instant Deposit previously from my device.

Now I have to login to Squareup on my desktop if I want to do the instant deposit.

Hello @Tesaa!

That sounds super weird! You should see the option to Instant Deposit on your mobile device as well as your Dashboard when you have a qualifying deposit.

If this happens again I recommend reaching out to our Customer Success Team. They will be able to look at your account with you on the phone and diagnose what's going on.
