Hi @ericb8, good question.
Currently, your sales reporting on Square's side will only contain taxes created and used within the Square Point of Sale app.
I'm not familiar with TouchBistro's available reporting, but you can find their Support team's contact info in your Apps Dashboard. They should be able to help you find that info or advise on how to import it. Thanks!
