Appointment Booking Flow when only ONE staff for the service

It's a really big mistake and oversight that the appointment booking flow goes right to the calendar picker and skips "choose staff" page when there is only one staff for a member. This page is an important sales page to highlight the photo and bio of the person who will be providing the service.

 

Please remove this exception in the logic which skips this page if there is only one staff member. Conversion will increase.

I agree that there is more that we can do to allow service providers showcase their experience in their bios. While there isn't a workaround for the skipped staff page when there is a single staff member, I'll share your comments with our Appointments Team.
