Exporting a batch invoice with Quickbooks Sync

Sorry if this question ahs been asked here already. I have a catering business and using QuickBooks Online. When doing vending jobs I use the Square app. I set up the Sync with Square for QuickBoks but after doing a vending job where we serve 80 to 100 customers it will create 80 to 100 invoices and make that many deposits. Is there a way to batch the cash sales into one invoice at the end of the day and make just one deposit?

I'm not familiar with how the batch invoice with Quickbooks works, but it sounds like it's recording each payment that you process at the event when you're looking for one large charge for the amount of 80-100 people, is that correct?

You could create an invoice with the total price for the event with one single item for your reporting depending on if Quickbooks allows for this.

You might need to reach out to Quickbooks Support directly, as they have more insight into the integration than we do.
