Recurring Payments Issues

I am trying out the recurring invoice option and I am able to schedule the invoice however on the back end I do not get an email that allows me to pay the invoice. 

 

For testing purpose, we doing a $5 monthly donation for five months to total $25. I got the email saying that I would be charged $5 on the 16 (tomorrow) but I was not given the option of paying the invoice. 

 

Am I missing something? How can I be charged if I wasn't even given the option to put in my payment information? The process is confusing.

Hello @Flugo, it sounds like you received the initial email notifying you the start of the recurring series. You will receive the actual invoice on the day you selected for it to be sent! If you haven't received the invoice with the option to pay still please let me know! 🙂
