Failed Transfer Domain from Blogger

Every time I try to tranfer my domain from Blogger (which is still under Google domains) to Weebly, the tranfer fails with no explanation as to why. The help operator advised me to wait a few hours after the transfer code was created. However the code only lasts for 2 hours. Please advise.

Just to clarify, were you able to speak with your current host about what happened? They may have more information for you to work with.

As of right now it keeps sending my confirmation email to the wrong email. I have switched everything over to one email. The registrar, the contact, the info. Everything is within one email. Even when I click to confirm that the email is correct, the confirmation email is still sent to the wrong email.
