Have made websites before  and it did take me awhile to get the hang of Weebly, but , and I just mentioned this in a new "news" blog, I recommend Weebly for beginners especially because they are easy with the drag and drop. They add new apps and they have been supportive in security issues.

Security within website apps is paramount and in order to stay in the higher ranks, they've been on top of that.
