The lead capture form pops up anytime someone navigates to a new page on my site, even though they have dismissed the form using the X or "No Thanks" options.

Anyone else experiencing this issue? It doesn't happen in Chrome, but was brought to my attention by a customer who was using Internet Explorer. I can see why he was incredbily frustrated...

Have disabled the form for the time being, but nothing in the rules mentions how the cookies are captured and certainly this is a major issue as Promote is a paid product.
