I wanted to tell you that in free sites the banner at the bottom of the pages hides kinda the comments of disqus.
EDIT: the problem happens only a few times while in other disqus works well.
When you say it only happened a few times, does that mean it stopped doing that or that it was specific to certain themes?
It happen when there isn't a post in evidence. The drop down menù of the last comment is hidden by the banner.
