Refund

I was surprised the $204.00 charged to my card, and I haven't been using the website for awhile now. I just forgot to cancel! Please send me the refund, I was just charged yesterday and I see post that says there is a 30-day money back guarantee for refund. Is this true??? I really need my money back!!!

I have the same situation and have cancelled my account but no word of response from your team on the refund of the automatic renewal that was taken without warning - please refund this ASAP.

I have the same problem, I've been trying to reach customer service 3 times. I received no respond, neither money. This is so annoying. Please do something about it!!!
