When i created my website I used the blog part of the site to update news etc on a daily basis. Just to get the site up and running and work out theme and the overall look/feel of the site I decided to just add content to the blog for the first week before advertising via social media.
However I found that despite no advertising I was recieving around 20 Page Views a day everytime I added content.
My question is more out of curiosity than anything else. If I wasn't publically advertising that my site was live to view, where was the link to the blog posts going in order for people to visit them?
My website is https://uptheblades.weebly.com if anyone wants to take a look for themselves.

Hey there. The blog posts were published, correct? It's possible the content showed up on a Google search result page. It's also possible that the views are coming from bots. Those types of views are fairly typical, though. Were you viewing your site from multiple locations (such as home/work)?

Since you are on the free site you won't see the advanced stats. Maybe you can try Google Analytics, though. I'm not 100% but I'm pretty sure you can use it on a Weebly subdomain.
