Limited to 5 pages? Everything new goes under last page

Currently I have

Home     Services     How We Do What We Do     No Way!!     More...

                                  several subheadings                               subheadings (which I would rather be separate pages)

Each time I try to create a new page it makes it a subpage under More... and I can't figure out how to change the word More to Expectations.
