Hi,
Customers are reporting that they cannot purchase items form my store after they fill in their bank details !
I have replicated the same problem on my computer and there is just a constant loading screen.
No link to paypal - we use Stripe - should I be talking to Stripe?
I only just fixed an error that said clients were "out of area" (below)
I fixed this by finding out that our shipping had changed and the box marked "make services available worldwide" was not ticked. (which is another topic I would like to tackle as all our customers are in our local area; why doesnt weebly recognise that? our address is entered.)
but now I have an endless loading screen:
And have run out of options to fix.
Help asap!

Hello! Sorry for the stress, that is certainly an unusual happening. If you haven't yet, I'd definitely recommend contacting support directly, as they'll likely need to go over the account with you in detail to clear things up.
