Cannot connect App "Weekly Schedule" to my site

When I try to connect the app "weekly schedule" to my site, it gives me the following error response:

This site can’t be reached

weekly-schedule.com refused to connect.

Try:

Checking the connection
Checking the proxy and the firewall

ERR_CONNECTION_REFUSED

I am having NO problems connecting other apps to my site, so am not sure what the problem is here. Does anyone have any suggestions please?

Have you tried contact the app developer about that, @CathyA? They would probably know best why you might be getting that error trying to connect to their app.
