Can't find my contact list?

So recently it seems my weebly dashboard has changed and now I can no longer find where to make an email campaign or find my mailing list? Can someone point me where to go? I think I've checked every page on my dashboard menu but nothing. The only thing that relates to emails is under insights but that just shows data on emails sent, opened etc and not my mailing lists. The one that is labeled email setups just shows sender profile, email theme and and previews of confirmation emails.

Hi @Jessay Click on the Website dropdown, then Overview (under Website) then click on Contact Forms in the middle of the screen.

I do remember I used to be able to access it but some sections seemed to have disappeared a week or two ago

I'm sorry for the misunderstanding. Did you previously use the email marketing service? The type of account you have should not have had access to that service.
