Changed domain to another website, can't bring pro...

Hi,

recently I have restructered and rebuild my website. I mostly start in a new the with a new weebly name so the old one does not get deleted.

Now I have finished and transferred my domain to the new website.

The only problem is that my promote is linked to the other page still.

What can I do to bring promote to my new page?

Promote is tied to a specific site, and we don't actually have a way to transfer it between sites. I'd recommend that we turn off auto-renew on your current Promote subscription since it will expire in a little over a week, and that you just upgrade to 1 month of Promote again on your new site (use the site select on the Promote dashboard to choose your newer site).

Let me know if you want to do this, and I'll turn off auto-renew for you.

But I actually haven't changed the site address, only made a new Weebly format at a different location. Or is it tied to the specific weebly sites and not the domain location?

It's tied to the Weebly site in your account itself, so if you change the site address of that site it'll still use the same Promote subscription. I've turned off auto-renew, so it should expire shortly.
