Refund request for Promote Plan

Hello,

I have been using Weebly's platform, as well as the Promote plan, for over a year now. A few days ago, my subscription autorenewed for both products, but I only use Weebly's website platform. Promote has no use for me anymore. It has been less than 30 days since the auto-renewal, I haven't used the promote plan and I've already sent an e-mail to the support center.

Is there any way I could get the subscription to the Promote Plan canceled as well as a refund ?

Sorry about the renewal charge, @DiegoC. I've canceled that service and refunded the charge back to you; you should see that in your account in a couple business days.
