Hi,
If someone unsubscribes from my emails, and then I upload a new contact list via a .csv file, and that list contains that contact, will Promote recognise that particular contact has already unsubscribed and exclude them from the next subsequent email?

I don't think you would unless you were comparing contacts regularly to see which email addresses are not being included.

Sorry to piggy back on someone elses question, but I have a single contact who did unsubscribe by accident... is there a way for her to re-subscribe? She opted in againback in July, but is still excluded from the mailings that I do..

It might be simpler to delete that person as a contact entirely, then have them subscribe again @Short4some.
