I did some testing last night on my IoS Ipad and when you press the 'accept' (cookies), it highlights but the message stays on the screen. Which means the cookies are not being stored, which means you cannot make a purchase.

I have also noticed that my orders are pretty much all from outside EU now, which I suspect reflects cookies are still not working properly.
