Limiting the number of items ordered

We are a church and are setting up an event where we will be giving out a variety free items. People will get to pick any 3 items they wish and reserve them for pick up during the event. The number of items are limited on our end. Last year I made a form on our site which had 3 separate dropdown menus for people to pick which items they wanted. This isn't the best solution, but it worked. Tracking the inventory was tricky because orders came in during all hours. We would like to be able to use inventory tracking which is available through an e-store, but the number of items selected can't be limited. Any suggestions on how to integrate inventory into our process?

Hi @Lzajac Are you saying that people will be limited to choosing no more than 3 items per order? This might be possible to do if you setup the pickup option, but you would also need to utilize the inventory feature of the Business plan if the actual items are limited in quantity.
