I would like to remove the range of pricing so it only shows one price in the shopfront. Is there a way to remove this?

You might be able to do that by editing Partials for the theme, although we don't provide direct assistance with theme customizations. Check out this section of our developer documentation for more info:

You can also click on the "Docs" link while editing a theme in Theme > Edit HTML / CSS.
