Weebly shop check-out not compliant to sell to EU customer - any thoughts

Hi,

after building the website and enabling the shop, I figured out that your checkout flow is not compliant with EU laws. For example, EU customers MUST be able to check a checkbox to accept Terms & Conditions and data protection (you have that feature implemented, but it does not work).

@weebly: I am not talking about some nice add-on features here, but very basic must have features to stay in legal boundaries selling to EU customers. Otherwise your solution is quite useless!

Did anyone figure out how to build around or solve the issue?

we made weebly aware of this years ago, nothing had happend since. we made checkbox on every product, so we could get e-mærkets state/ eu approval, you kan se it here on products www.Gvibes.dk, spoiler its a adult product store.
