I try to always GIVE.  I find when I give more, I receive more.  It's how the universe works, so I give a whole lot for free 🙂

I do in person training - but mostly online fitness consultation and business consultations for fitness pros who want to bring their personal training online.  Way too many personal trainers work 60 hours at a big box gym and don't even make 60k...  They bust their butts and get burned out.  That is where I come in.
