Import Issues - Price Column Error

I am having trouble importing the excel spreadsheet with all of the information. It reads, An unexpected value (16.989999999999998) was found in cell G4. Please verify the data and try again.

 

This is the Price column. When I go to G4, nothing looks wrong.

Make sure the cell format is numeric or currency.  I would delete and retype it and see if that fixes it.
