Hello, I have a Dog Grooming shop, and would like to use the open tickets for each groomer.
Is there a way to run a report for each group?

there is not a way to run reports on open tickets until they are closed out and become transactions.

I've added your post to this thread @Sanctuary. At this time there isn't a report that you can run for tickets if that's what you're trying to keep track of? Or did you want to track something else? Can you share an example of what you're trying to track?
If it helps you can add notes to an item. Notes will be included to the Item Detail CSV report from the Transactions section of your online Dashboard. Keep in mind notes are visible on customer receipts though!
