Online Booking Link to My Contacts

How can I be sure that when clients book online, that they link to their specific Contact in my Contact list? Do they have to enter the same name, number, and email for it to link? And if it doesn’t link, how do I modify it to link to the right Contact? Thanks!

Hello @HTHelps!

If your clients enter different information at the time of booking e.g. a phone number one time and an email address the next time, the Directory will automatically recognize them as duplicates.

You can merge any duplicate entries into one from the Customer Directory section of your online Dashboard manually or automatically. If you have any other questions about this let me know!
