My dashboard sales report shows my taxable sales total as the same thing for one city where I did sales, instead of as a sum total of all the cities I did sales? I'm trying to pay my sales tax and want to make sure it's correct. Should I just manually add up the sales and ignore what this report is telling me?

This may have nothing to do with what you are talking about. Check to see if it is discounts. I had a similar situation and could not get anything to match, then I realized my discounts were being included as total income. I simply had to use a different line item for the correct amount. If you exporting to a spreadsheet, it might take a while to find the location of the correct amount.

@Feedback2016 - Great tip, definitely not something I would have thought of!
@Shelley - Were you able to get this sorted out?
