We're a small salon. We've used Leprechaun salon software for many years. How do we export the data and get it into Square?
the square tech support keeps giving instructions about a 'csv' file. Leprechaun creates a 'zip' file when we do our data backup. 20yr of history needs to be imported. We run our salon in Leprechaun.

Hello @Appierances! Welcome to the Seller Community. 😃
This is a great question, but I'm not to familiar with Leprechaun. A Zip file is actually just a compressed folder. You will have to convert your Zip file to a CSV file if you wish to import your customers or items into Square.
Once you have your files converted we have a great article on managing your customer directory. This article has a great breakdown for importing client information!

Hey @Appierances, stepping in for Chad here. It sounds like you have a Microsoft Access File (MDB). Depending on how complex the setup is — you may need to check with your current provider (e.g. Leprechaun) for more details on converting the file as MDBs could be a lot more complex than a CSV could handle. Hope this helps get you in the right direction.
