I have the black square register, when customers order food online through my store I don't get an alert to the register. I have to check my email on another Device just to see the orders. Customers are getting very frustrated with us not having their orders when they've ordered 30 minutes in advance.
Square, you should have alert options on the register, giving the amount it cost to purchase...
Square please look into this update. I see others having similar experiences.
