Hi, 

I've verified that my bank is verified. My contactless and chip card reader are paired with my ipod. I try to take a payment for $1 and the light goes 1 solid green. I then place the chip card in the reader and it goes 1 solid red and and says cancel. 

I've tried with two seperate bank cards from two seperate banks and both say teh same. I have even attempted to place the mag stripe reader on the ipod and I swipe and it tells me please insert it into the chip card reader at which point I do. It loads for a few seconds and goes right back to the cancel screen. 

Very frustrated please help!!!
