Hey Square folks! I have emailed Square and tried to call 4 times in the last 2 years and never received any help. I don’t even have card readers because no one will email me back. So I’m turning to the community.
I have instant deposits turned on within my a square account.
I believed that I must still manually request the instant deposits.
Yet every deposit is sending instantly and taking more money out in fees.
is this a bug? Or if you do have instant deposits on it will do it automatically now without having to manually request it?

You can schedule all your deposits to be instant deposits, but it defaults to next business day. If you don't want instant deposit, log in to your dashboard https://squareup.com/dashboard/business/deposits and choose the deposit schedule that you want.

Hello @Coloradoseo, I'm sorry to hear that you haven't received a free Magstripe Reader. You can order one from your Square Dashboard on the Account & Settings page. Just select the Card Readers option.
You can also pick our hardware up from a number of local retailers. Check out this link to find a retailer near you.
