My clients seem to be getting three reminders how do I change that. Even when I expend an appointment I receive it three times. How can I change this???
@susiejohnson65 Our engineers are aware of this issue and are working to fix this as soon as possible. When this issue has been resolved I'll update this thread to let you know.

Hello @Hairdr126. Currently having two texts sent out would be a feature request. At this time we only have the ability to send one email reminder and one text reminder.

Our engineers confirmed that they've fixed this issue and your clients will not receive duplicate appointment SMS reminders now.
Please let me know here if your clients report that they are still experiencing this issue and we'll take another look.
