Why am I receiving online orders despite my store being closed?
My store is closed online but I am still receiving online orders. This is incredibly frustrating as I am getting phone calls all day with dissapointed customers that order ahead and find that we are not open. Any insight would be amazing!
So if you go to this link. https://squareup.com/store/admin/settings
The site status toggle is grey? and if not then the accepting orders is grey?
Following up on @VanKalkerFarms, if it is toggled grey I recommend reaching out to our Support Team. They will be able to take a closer look, but I've never heard of something like this happening.
I also recommend checking your orders page to cancel any outstanding purchases.

That’s exactly it, I have been using square for 3 years and never had this problem when the online ordering is fully disabled (grey) toggled off. All orders have been closed out at all 5 locations. I will reach out to the support team as recommended and will update this post. Thank you ladies/gents for posting on this thread.
