In the store I can't choose the product options, it has "not available" button and the drop down list is not available.
I can't understand why!

Maybe you can't because the site is not ready to use.

I have the profile PRO and it must have 25 products free to sell. Now every new product it's "not available" because Weebly says I have to change profile!!!!
The products inserted are 6!!!

You're seeing that because Service-type products are part of Business and Performance. If you check the regular physical products in your store you'll see that they work. Sorry for the confusion!
