Hi
why is it taking so long for weebly to reply to my ticket?
am i getting thrown into the general ticket pool because:
if im paying 2 times for business and 1 time for starter and you can easily see that via e-mail.... i want to be prioritized
look: i feel like i shouldnt wait for weebly to explain mundane stuff to non weebly customers until they are ready to work on my ticket!
maybe im wrong but i think waiting 3 days for a ticket answer beeing a 2 times business customer is just to long
a statement would be nice because it really feels like everybody is getting the same support and thats just nonsense

Sorry to hear that, @fbxgms. Tickets are answered in the order in which we recieve them, and we seemed to have gotten a higher volume over the weekend which pushed things back some. It looks like our support team replied to your ticket earlier today, though.
We also have live chat in our Help Center for a quicker reply, and as a Business subscriber you can also use our Phone support (1-844-493-3259).
