Having an issue with the insights menu not loading on the left hand side of the screen. Reported the issue over 2 weeks ago and still nothing.
You can see the grey lines where the menu should be but nothing materializes. Need this fixed.
Here's what console shows

Hi @DtheGreek I'm not able to replicate your screenshot. Do you have a different browser you can try using? Preferably in private/incognito mode.

Tested on chrome, chrome incognito and safari. Still won't show the menu. What are you using?
Does the error I posted provide a clue?

Chrome 80 up to date.
What about that error message when loading the page? Does that not offer any insight?(no pun intended).
Are you able to show me your address bar for that page? Could the error be related to my white label setup?

Hi there. I don't see that your account is white-labeled. What happens when you try opening the insights page in a different browser?

PLEASE LOOK AT THIS ERROR. It seems the error is http vs https. How do I fix this? The portal is locked to http in cloud settings.

I'm sorry for the misunderstanding with the website you were referring to. I checked the status of the ticket, but it is still on hold. The priority for the bug is set to high which means the engineers are devoting as many resources as possible to resolve this as quickly as they can. Are you able to use something like Google Analytics in the meantime?

This just started happening for me this week. It has been fine. What is going on?
And it doesn't matter what browser I am on.
