My website is whitemonkeytravels.weebly.com
A copy has been set up and named centralblogandstore.com which is hosted by Digital Ocean and go daddy.
I noticed an unusual hike in FB referals and did some sniffing.... they posted their site on FB page... which i havent found, yet.
my weebly is a travel blog with low hits. i make almost 0$ from it. so far my blog is as normal.
one page which they have copied and edited is: http://centralblogandstore.com/9-hair/ its my contact page. i have since deleted my contact page. a message from the fake sites contact page goes to my email inbox
i have emailed weebly, digital ocean and go daddy and posted on google forum.
i have not recieved any answers . this is serious issue.... please help and fix it..

If the site isn't hosted with us we won't be able to take it down, however if you've contacted the current host of the site then that would help. They should take any DMCA request seriously, especially since it's a complete copy.

The ability to do this isn't unique to Weebly and isn't a security flaw. I could go to wikipedia.org and save the HTML file of their home page and any images on the page with my browser, then upload it somewhere else (and then promptly get hit with a DMCA notice). If you want a web page to be viewable by a browser, then it will also give people the option to save it with their browser.
Think of it like this: say you're a band and you make a flier for a show that you put up around town. There's no way to stop someone from taking one and making a copy with their own band's name pasted over yours, short of never putting up a flier in the first place.
I'm sure that their host will take the site down, because if they don't they leave themselves liable for a lawsuit. Any web host who wants to stay in business will take any DMCA request seriously.

My website has been copied and rebranded to another travel company.
I have read this thread, but I'm still at a loss as to how to stop this from happening.
This is my website: Bookheregivehere.org
Now this site is http://travelforless.website/sites/escapetraveldeals/ is linked to me somehow and I can't figure out who it is other than it's registed in Panama.
They have taken portions of my site and copied it with their logo on it. I have formilla linked to it so the chat is still mine, but the contact page is not.
the social media icons still link to me.
How do I stop this? and how can I prevent this from happening in the future?

Unfortunately, there's not really a way to stop someone from doing something like this in advance. This is true of pretty much any site on the internet - I could go download everything on the homepage of Amazon.com and upload it somewhere (then promptly get hit with a DMCA take down request).
It looks like they're using Cloudflare, so I would submit a DMCA request to them here:
https://www.cloudflare.com/abuse/form
They're also using Namecheap for the domain, so you could try submitting one to them, too:

as Adam pointed out...u can stop it from happening but u can reduce the impact.
i wrote these 2 pages 2 stop people copying images and text:
http://whitemonkeytravels.weebly.com/block-view-source-code-weebly.html
http://whitemonkeytravels.weebly.com/block-image-download-weebly.html
u can file a DMCA with google themselves. i followed : http://mechaplanet.org/file-dmca-request-with-google/#comment-3418
its long winded but will hope fully get u a result....
also find who is hosting ur site with https://www.whoishostingthis.com..
then
google the host contact them and ask not so nicely ..... threaten them with googLe DMCA...
